2020 New Brunswick Certificate of Excellence Recipient
Yesterday was World Teacher Day and two local educators are putting Sussex, NB on the map receiving national recognition as winners of the Prestigious Prime Minister Award! Stacey Stairs of Sussex Regional High School and our very own Lisa Sharp Brown were both announced as 2020 recipients of the Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Teaching.
This is a national-level award that is considered to be the highest honour for teachers and early childhood educators in Canada.
Lisa says ‘I’m just the Captain of the ship- I have a crew who keeps me going” Today we salute our Captain! Congratulations Lisa we are SO proud of you!
